Jon D. KellerJon was born and raised in Potomac, Md., just outside of Washington DC. He graduated from the University of MD in 1993, with a BS in Management & Consumer Studies. Jon’s family moved to Sarasota in 1996, and after consulting small businesses, Jon decided to create his own independent Wealth Management firm.

Over the past 20 years as a licensed Financial Advisor, Jon has specialized in 1031 exchanges utilizing DST’s and other Alternative Investments involving Securitized Real Estate.

We have handled extensive amounts of DST and related alternative investment transactions placing our clients in billions of dollars of real estate portfolios.
